The common use of the Wintergreen oil is used for headache, fever, gas, and other conditions. But more research has to be done for the more uses of it.


Colds:

This oil is very good for reliving colds as once put on chest, neck and upper back it relives clogged up areas of the nasal.


Dental care:

It is also good for the gums as this oil sometimes are used in toothpastes usually used as an organic ingredient.


Muscle Pain:

The oil can work miracles on the muscles and joints from sores by just adding a few drops on the affected areas of pain.


Bacterial Infections:

It is easily used on bacterial infected areas and we mean any from your wounds to your kitchen floors. The oil can be used all by itself on the floors by mopping. Research has found that the oil has had activities of antibiotic against persistent forms of Borrelia burgdoferi, the caused agent of Lyme disease.

The other most common uses of the oil is used as flavouring and scents for as said before toothpastes and mouthwashes with more further research it can be done.

Application:

It always depends for what the oil is used for. But usually the oil for the human body should not be used orally and is usually mixed in water of few drops of the oil and the water.
